Return and Exchange Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 2 days. If 2 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

 

Return and Exchange Policy

  • If you have received a damaged or incorrect product, kindly send the opening video via email to support@craftanic.com. Upon receipt of the video, we will process a replacement with a fresh piece or provide a credit voucher. Please note that exchange requests for damaged or wrong products without the accompanying opening video will not be considered.
  • To uphold our hygiene policy, kindly reach out to us at [support email] within 2 working days or 48 hours of delivery, providing your order number. Please note that any exchange requests submitted after this 2-day period will not be considered under any circumstances.
  • Items intended for exchange must meet specific criteria, including being unused, unwashed, unaltered, and returned with their original tags and packaging. Failure to comply with these conditions will result in the rejection of the items during the quality check process. In such instances, the items will be sent back to the customer, and additional shipping charges may apply. Please ensure that all exchanged items adhere to these guidelines to facilitate a smooth exchange process.
  • On receiving the request, it takes up to 3 working days for the request to gets approved / rejected. Once the items are received It will take 7-10 working days for the package to reach our warehouse.
  • Please be aware that we do not offer size exchanges, exchanges, or store credits for footwear, lingerie, or sale items. Once these items are sold, no exchanges will be processed under any circumstances.
  • The item for exchange must be in its original condition, retaining all packaging elements such as the brand/manufacturer’s box/packaging, tags, warranty cards, and any other accompanying accessories.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7-10 business days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@craftanic.com.

 

Shipping returns

When purchasing any products listed on our platform, please refer to the product description page for information on whether the product is eligible for return. Products explicitly marked as ‘not returnable’ on the product detail page cannot be returned. Products identified as ‘returnable’ are eligible for return, subject to the conditions specified in the product description page and this policy. We reserve the right, at our discretion, to decline returns for various reasons, including but not limited to products sold under special offers, promotions, or discounts, and if the returned product is not in good condition.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
